I live in Oakland CA and write music about heartbreak, ennui, plants, my cat, friendship, space, place, euphoria. I like words, so I like writing songs. I’m interested in sounds, so I also compose electroacoustic and contemporary chamber music. I’ve been facilitating a songwriting community / accountability group called Music Every Week for the past year and a half, and it’s grown into a flourishing resource for fellow soundmakers.

I’ve toured nationally, have released two EPs and several singles, and perform frequently in the CA Bay Area.
